the density of full lace wig, how to choose it

some friends ask , how to choose get a wig with the right density?
full lace wig ask natural look. which include density look.
this is very important.
firstly let us see what the factory can offer:

Extra Light = 50% thickness of an average head of hair.
Light Density = 80% thickness of an average head of hair.
Light to Medium = 100% thickness of an average head of hair.
Medium = 115% thickness of an average head of hair.
Medium Heavy = 130% thickness of an average head of hair.
Very Heavy = 160% thickness of an average head of hair

of course, it also have 140% and 150%
when you choose it, you choose a density same to your hair . some client think much hair is
good, but if your hair density only be 100% , but you choose a wig with 150% density , it will not natural.

some client donot like to use number , they like describe the density and hair amount.
"i want much hair ,cannot see the lace." but this will be easy to cause ambiguity.
most of factory only do them at 130% , because 140% have been hair cover all lace.
but it still need hair amount is much . so, the right density should be 160% or 180% .

but if it is first time for you to purchase from a factory,i suggest you buy a set of density chart.
and the density chart must be made of swiss lace. not smooth mono. because density on different lace is different.

We have four kinds of standard lace color to meet your skin:

transparent: suitable for most complexions
light brown: suitable for women with light brown skin
brown: suitable for those with medium brown complexions
dark brown: suitable for those with dark brown skin

if you order custom order, we may offer a lace color match your skin if your skin color is special.

Will wearing a Lace Wig hurt my natural hair or scalp?

No any hurt, unless if you wear it the wrong way, wear it for too long, or use the wrong adhesives.

What type of hair is used?

This unit is made of INDIAN remy hair,we also offer Chinese remy hair , European hair texture.

Can I color the unit?

yes, you may dyed it , but pls let hair stylist to do it . We recommend you do not try to color the unit by yourself unless you are professional . It is best to order the color you are desired.

When you choose full lace wigs, specially first time, you certainly have a lot of question.

i list some question that my clients often ask at first time. and do some reply. I hope this can help you

Can I wear in a ponytail?

full lace unit can be worn in a high or low ponytail. it must be lace around perimeter.

if lace front wig with adjustable strip at nape, it cannot be wore high ponytail, but low ponytail is no problem.

What type of lace is used?

This wig is made with the best quality french lace, and swiss lace

what is difference with swiss lace and french lace?

french lace is strong than swiss lace. when client ask transparent, swiss lace

is more natural than french lace. but when ask other lace color, like light brown or

medium brown, they are same. you donot really care the choice between them.

only you be careful to touch the lace , you can let lace last long time.

if it is first time for you to wear, i suggest you use french lace. when you have good skill to wear it and take it off, swiss lace and french lace is good.

the cap construction of hidden knot cap

let us continue last topic : silk cap or hidden knot cap.

in last article , i explain the conception of hidded knot and a broad classification.

now we continue to introduce the cap constructions :

firstly, original hidden knot cap is design for jewdish( see the above picture). Ear tab, adjustable
strip and hidden knot make them crazy. Until now, Every year, jewdish buy this kind of wig about 500000 pcs. so, some factory call this kind of hidden knot cap as jewdish wig.


second , when full lace wig is popular , some client like the design of lace around perimeter and
hidden knot . so, we combine them. now most of america clients like this kind of design.
in this part , there are a lot of change on cap . but basic design is same.

do you know full lace wig with hidden knot

Recently, many client ask me"do you have wig with hidded knot or Chinese silk cap?".
but i find some of them have a wrong conception about them.
here i would explain this kind of cap to all readers .
pls see the above picture, this is cap called "full swiss lace and hidded knot cap"
it is full swiss lace around perimeter , hidden knot part at top and crown.

firstly, let us understand what is hidden knot ?
hidded knot , knot is hided and we cannot see the knot on the base or cap.

where is the knot hided? inside of cap and under the silk.
how to hided it ? hidded knot cap have three layers .
the upper layer is Chinese silk which is very compact look like a skin(some client call them as skin top) .
the second layer is swiss lace or German lace. all hair is knot in this layers. but before that, the hair must penetrate first layer.
third layer is swiss lace or mono or strech lace, it cover the second layer . when people wear it
, the scalp skin will feel very soft.

this kind of craftsmanship is very difficult, when factory do them, they will pay very high process cost for this . as usual it will be higher usd30-usd50 than usual knot.

and this kind of craftsmanship have two kinds ways.
single hidden knot and double hidden knot . when knot is done on second layers, the hair is seperate into two parts: short and long. if short part and long part .
if short part also pull through the first layer(silk layer) and penetrate first layer, we call it as double hidden knot

if the short part is hided under first layer and havenot been pull out, we call this as single hidded knot.

single hidden knot is cheaper than double hidden knot . but look same. even the former one look more natural. if you donot like short hair, single hidden knot is good choice

how to get the curl or wavy you want?

i worked in this field for 8 years. Many new clients ask me"how to get a exact curl or wavy i want?"
i often told them : two ways:
1) send thepicture of curl or wavy you want to your supplier, let them copy them.
this is best way, only your supplier have good technologist, you certainly get a exact copy.
but if the client cannot copy it or often have mistake on curl or wavy.
i suggest you learn some professional word for curl and wavy.
2) tell supplier with right name of curl or wavy.
As usual , your supplier will offer a order form to you. where list some curl or wavy name ,for example:
40 mm - straight
30 mm - body wave
25 mm - light wave
22 mm - medium wave
15 mm - strong wave / loose curl
13 mm - medium curl
10 mm - tight curl
8 mm - loose afro
4 mm - regular afro
2 mm - tight afro
40mm ,30mm ... are professional word of curl or wavy.
by tell them with these information, you will get a exact wavy or curl.

how to choose a stock lace wig?

It will take 3-5 weeks to finsih a custom full lace wig.
rush order will take 18days or so. delivery time is 2-3days by ups.
but if you have a important date soon, and canot wait so long time,
you may choose a stock full lace wig.
but if the standard size of stock wig cannot meet your head exactly.
you need to trim or cut the lace to meet your head.
so, lace durability and cap construction will be important. good stock wig
often have the following ponits:
1) lace is durable and easy to trim or cut. when you cut , lace is not easy to break.
2) around perimeter there is sewn line, it have function to fix cap Contours .
3) at front , there is not joint of lace. lace on front, top crown is integeration .
4) strech lace is in middle. in middle , it will make cap strech easliy and left enough space to trim the lace on back and side.
